Questions

1. I can use blogger in my class for a lot of reasons. I could use it to post the homework the students will have to do and when they are due. I could also use it to put important information about upcoming events, such as parent teacher conferences, class field trips, and anything else that I think is important for the parents and students to know could be on there. I will most likely use blogs for classroom information and to share information about myself to the parents of the students so they can have a sense of what kind of teacher I am.

 

2. There are a lot of benefits for using blogger. This tool could help me out in keeping a schedule up for my students so they know what lesson I will be teaching each day. This will save me trouble from students constantly asking me what we will be learning, and I will just let them know that everything is on the blog!

 

3. There are a lot of benefits from using blogger, but there also could be some limitations such as the students being confused with the information on the blog and doing the wrong work. Also if the internet is down at the school or home, students would not have access to all the information which would cause a lot of set backs because the work I assign would be up there. If a student would want to find out the work, it would not be possible since they would need Internet access to see the blog and get the information they needed.

 

4. I think using blogger or anything like this for school is an amazing idea. This will help the class in so many ways. It will really help out the students if the teacher had a schedule of the events that go on in the classroom, and the homework the students need to do each week. I truly think using blogger can help the students and the teacher in so many ways, and I will definitely use it as a teacher.
